Our story
We are a farming family based in the Yarra Valley, raising cool climate, pasture fed Angus and Wagyu cattle in the Yarra Valley and in Glenburn.
Our goal is to create the finest tasting beef in a healthy, humane and environmentally conscious manner.
We believe that feeding our animals only on pasture is the most natural way to raise them, and also optimizes the flavour and health attributes of our beef.
